MOBLUEHQ provides AI verification infrastructure and related software. Features, limits, and availability depend on your plan and product. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that pose security or abuse risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. You may not use outputs to automate high-risk decisions in regulated contexts without appropriate human oversight unless your agreement expressly permits it.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MOBLUEHQ a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to provide and improve the services, consistent with our Privacy Policy and your plan.
6. Intellectual property
MOBLUEHQ retains all rights in the services, software, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Subprocessors are listed on our Trust page.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBLUEHQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VERIFICATION OUTPUTS ARE DECISION SUPPORT — NOT LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBLUEHQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify MOBLUEHQ against claims arising from your content, your use of the services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
11. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty days of notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for abuse or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version string recorded at signup identifies which terms you accepted.
