blueMonster

blueMonster is a Mac app for exploring hard questions. You type a question, and overnight it generates hundreds of candidate ideas, attacks them from several angles, and hands back the survivors, ranked, with an evidence dossier you can give to any AI or any person for the next step. The download is free; Local mode runs on your Mac. Pro and Moonshot searches run in the cloud and are paid by search-hours. It is made by MOBLUEHQ, Inc.

Correction, October 26, 2026. Earlier copies of our press release gave the local model download as 15–25 GB. It is about 60 GB. We recently expanded the AI models blueMonster runs on your Mac, because we want as few requests as possible going to data centers. Pro and Moonshot searches run in the cloud and need almost no disk space.

What it is not

blueMonster produces hypotheses to verify, not findings. It is not a prior-art search, and it does not tell you whether an idea is new or protectable. Every output is machine-generated and can be wrong; the reader checks it. See the full disclaimers.

Review access

Reviewers can ask for complimentary Pro search-hours so they can see a full run without the local model download. Write to the press address below.
