Prove what a review checked.
Start with a 120-day retrospective pilot on cases you've already decided — no live cases, ever.
See the pilot →Healthcare decisions are getting easier to automate and harder to defend in an appeal or an audit. blueHealthcare produces the missing artifact: a signed receipt of the process, verifiable by anyone, anywhere, with no account and no network. It runs beside the systems you already have — or, where a clinic has none, serves as the record system itself. A named human still decides.
Runs in your browser. Synthetic data only — no PHI, no account required to look. Running a health plan? Talk to us about a retrospective pilot →

Your EHR or payer platform. Stores the chart and the transactions. Nothing here asks you to replace it.
The utilization-management platform, claims tools, and AI workflow you already run. blueHealthcare reads what that system already exports — it does not replace it either.
blueHealthcare. A signed record of what evidence was checked, which policy and software version evaluated it, and which named human decided — checkable by anyone, offline, with no need to trust MOBLUEHQ.
No replacement project is required for a health plan. Clinics can try the platform themselves. Eligible organizations worldwide can evaluate the source-available edition.
Start with a 120-day retrospective pilot on cases you've already decided — no live cases, ever.
See the pilot →The Clinic Edition: the same platform, packaged as a clinic-owned reference appliance — beside the payer offering, not instead of it. Free for eligible US free and charitable clinics; pricing for other tiers is not yet published.
For clinics →blueOpenHealthcare: source-available, free for eligible countries, with share-back of code and translations — never patient data.
Worldwide →Every product signs its output with Ed25519 and ships a standalone, dependency-light verifier that checks the signature with no server, no database, and no network connection. Tamper a single byte of a signed packet and verification fails — a real, run tamper battery, not a marketing claim. A signed receipt proves what the software ran and recorded; it never proves an underlying real-world claim is true.

What's true today, stated plainly — including what isn't built yet.
Met / not met / not measured, per product, sourced from each product's own status file.
What AI assistance is available, how you control it, and what decides every time.
One manual per product, written from the real, running demo.
Synthetic data, password-protected, no PHI.
blueHealthcare is a US product today, built so a country is a configuration pack — coding system, privacy regime, FHIR profile, currency, locale — behind one interface. The US is the first pack. See the planned rollout order.
The receipt spine and record core are going to be open, so health systems that cannot pay for software can still run a signed, verifiable clinical record. Read what that means, and doesn't mean yet.
Measured, not measured, being built and never-claimed are labeled the same way everywhere on this site — never softened into prose.
