For US clinics

Is this for a clinic like mine?

A self-service path for clinics that want to try the full clinical platform themselves, on their own computer, before anyone talks to a salesperson or a card is charged. Read what it does today, what it doesn't do yet, and what it would cost once it can hold real patients.

The Clinic Edition — beside the payer offering, not instead of it

blueHealthcare is one platform. Health plans license it to produce a signed record of what a review checked; a clinic with no system of record can run that same platform itself, on its own hardware, as a clinic-owned reference appliance — a record system your clinic owns. The Clinic Edition sits beside the payer-facing product, not in place of it: licensing one has never required the other, and a clinic running its own copy is not asked to replace anything it already runs.

The reason to move to it is the same proof standard described throughout this site: every record it keeps is signed, and a free, offline verifier — no account, no network — lets your clinic or its own counsel check that signature against the record at any time. That check proves what was recorded, by whom, and that it hasn't been altered since. It does not prove that a clinical or regulatory conclusion in the record is correct — a named person is always the one who decided that, and remains the only decision authority.

Pricing for clinics is not yet published. The one exception is the $0 free-and-charitable-clinic programme: open to any US clinic with 501(c)(3) status, plus membership in (or documented equivalence to) the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics or an NAFC-affiliated state association. MOBLUEHQ may decline or end free-tier eligibility for a group that meets this standard but violates MOBLUEHQ's own ethics — that veto is applied in writing, with reasons the clinic can see, and is never used to cut off a clinic's access to its own patient data.

Who it's for

Free and charitable clinics

Clinics serving uninsured and underinsured patients, with the least room to absorb a surprise — which is exactly why the honesty on this page matters more here than anywhere else.

Direct primary care practices

Small, subscription-model practices that never adopted a full EHR and don't want a hospital-scale one now.

Small practices with no record system

A solo or small-group practice choosing its first system of record, not migrating off one.

Research sites

Sites that need a real record system for a study population but have nothing running today.

What it does today, on synthetic data
  • The clinical platform's 13 composed modules — admissions, scheduling, notes, orders, meds, results, and more — running as one system, on your own hardware.
  • Role-based, deny-by-default authorization: nothing not explicitly allowed for a role is reachable.
  • A hosted, password-gated demo you can click through in a browser, and a sandbox you'll be able to run on your own computer, both on fabricated patients only.
  • Every product process binds to 127.0.0.1 only, and signed entitlement (licence) checking works fully offline — nothing about running it depends on a live connection to us.
What it does NOT do yet, plainly
  • It has not sought or completed ONC Health IT Certification, a clinical-validation study, or any other regulatory approval — none is claimed, and none is planned before a real pilot.
  • Care-team access rules are enforced for all 15 record types the role matrix marks as care-team-scoped. The platform still refuses to run against real patient data until the clinic records an explicit go-live sign-off — a named person and a time — and that shouldn't happen before the rest of the go-live checklist is done: e-prescribing and lab interfaces where needed, verified backups, a support contact, and a security review.
  • There is no e-prescribing module yet. A lab interface (HL7 v2 orders out, results in) and an in-house lab module are built and tested on synthetic messages, but have not been connected to or tested with any real reference lab.
  • No SOC 2 audit, no cyber-insurance policy, and no signed business associate agreement exist with any customer today.

How it works
Clinic journey in four steps: try free on sample data, test it yourself on your own computer, go live with real patients (paid, when available), and your records always — access is never cut off over billing
1
Try free. Open the hosted demo in your browser. No install, no card, no patient data — open the demo.
2
Test on your own computer. Run the sandbox on your own hardware with a sample clinic, still on synthetic data only — see what to download.
3
Go live with real patients. Paid, and only once the safety floor above is met and the clinic records its own explicit go-live sign-off — a named person and a time — after e-prescribing and lab connections are built and a signed business associate agreement is in place. Join the list to hear when that opens.

A clinician is a licensed prescriber who signs notes at this site. Free & charitable eligibility: US 501(c)(3) status, plus membership in (or documented equivalence to) the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics or an NAFC-affiliated state association — both, not either. MOBLUEHQ may decline or end free-tier eligibility for a group that meets this standard but violates MOBLUEHQ's own ethics; that veto is applied in writing, with reasons the clinic can see, and is never used to cut off a clinic's access to its own patient data.

Founding clinics. The first 25 US sites to go live within 12 months of availability lock in founding-clinic pricing for 3 years, once pricing is published. Joining the list reserves a place.

Community health centers and rural health clinics: available after Certification.

No telemetry, nothing phones home

No analytics or telemetry SDK, and no third-party cloud AI API, is called anywhere in the platform or launcher code, including the built frontend bundle — a claim checked directly against the code, not a policy statement. Every product process binds to 127.0.0.1 only, and licence checking works fully offline.

A signed receipt proves what this software ran and recorded; it does not prove an underlying real-world claim is true. No blueHealthcare product approves, denies, recommends, pays, retracts, or alters anything. A named human remains the only decision authority, and nothing on this page describes anything running against a real patient today.
