Jean-Yves Mazière, MD, MS
Head of Science
Physician and clinical pathologist, sub-specialized in hematology, with more than twenty years across clinical medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacovigilance and risk-management leadership in both biotech and large pharma, spanning product safety, labeling, clinical development, toxicology, epidemiology and statistics. Owns the critical thinking behind our clinical assessment engine, object definitions and computational rules.
Adam Faust
Founder & CEO
Lifelong nerd. Coding since ’88. Designs the system architecture and its empirical doctrine; writes the specifications, acceptance criteria and test protocols; builds working systems. Founder of Deep Blue Financial, LLC, a registered investment advisory (2014–present).

The four flagship products are blueChart, blueClaims, blueClinic and blueVigil.
Built and demo-ready: blueChart and blueClaims, the evidence-mapping products, both with full test suites, a working UI, and a standalone offline verifier for their signed receipts. Beneath them, a 13-module clinical platform — registration, scheduling, notes, orders, results, medications, and more.
In active build: six further modules covering laboratory work, experiment design, review-process measurement, and clinical trials — real engines and demos exist for each.
Not yet true, stated plainly: no pilot is signed, no live patient data has been processed, and there is no non-US or community-edition deployment yet.
