For clinic leaders

Start here

Five steps, in order, from seeing what blueHealthcare does to going live with real patients. Every step below is either something you can do today, or is marked plainly as not yet available — nothing here is a placeholder pretending to be real.

1

See what it does

Available now

Read the overview of the products and where blueHealthcare sits alongside a system you already have — or serves as your record system where you have none.

  • 3-minute tour video Coming soon
2

Request a demo

Available now

Tell us a bit about your organization and what you'd like to see. A person replies to set up a private demo environment with sample data and walk you through it, live. Synthetic data only, every time.

3

Try it free

Available now

Open the hosted demo in your browser once access is arranged — no install, no card, no patient data. Works on a Mac, Windows PC, or tablet.

4

Test on your own computer

Coming soon

Run the sandbox on your own hardware, with a sample clinic, still on synthetic data only. This is the quick-start path for anyone who wants to click through the real software before anyone else is involved — it's not open yet because the installer hasn't shipped.

Go live with real patients

Not yet available

Going live requires accepting the licence terms and holding an active, paid production licence for your site — see proposed pricing (proposed, not final, confirmed before the first production licence is issued). The free & charitable tier requires eligibility verification, and the free edition (blueOpenHealthcare) is available only in countries the World Bank does not classify as high-income — it is source-available, not "open source," with its licence and eligibility terms still with counsel. Your records are always yours and always accessible — nothing about payment status is ever a condition of reaching your own data.

Before any site can go live, the safety floor below must be met:

  • Care-team access rules enforced for all 15 record types the role matrix marks as care-team-scoped (done) — the clinic must also record an explicit go-live sign-off, a named person and a time, before real patient data is allowed. A startup guard checks this automatically, not a policy someone has to remember.
  • E-prescribing, which does not exist yet, and the lab interface tested end to end with your own reference lab (it is built, but has only been tested on synthetic messages).
  • A signed business associate agreement in place (offered at go-live; counsel is drafting the template).
  • No ONC Health IT Certification, clinical-validation study, or other regulatory approval has been sought or completed — none is claimed, and none is planned before a real pilot.
A signed receipt proves what this software ran and recorded; it does not prove an underlying real-world claim is true. No blueHealthcare product approves, denies, recommends, pays, retracts, or alters anything. A named human remains the only decision authority, and nothing on this page describes anything running against a real patient today.
